Abstract

The Pupulation project introduces a groundbreaking innovation in the blockchain and NFT landscape through the creation of the SPL404 token standard on the Solana blockchain. This pioneering standard merges the distinct properties of NFTs—uniqueness and ownership—with the divisibility and liquidity traditionally associated with fungible tokens. The result is the world's first natively fractionalized NFTs, capable of being traded both as unique assets on NFT marketplaces and as divisible tokens on decentralized and centralized exchanges.

At the heart of the Pupulation project is a collection of 8100 unique 3D voxel art puppies, each representing a different country, designed to foster a connection between the digital and physical worlds. These puppies are not only digital collectibles but also act as interactive components within the Aspan App, an augmented reality platform powered by Solana. Through this integration, each puppy is associated with specific geospatial coordinates, allowing users to interact with their NFTs in real-world locations.

The Pupulation project is set to redefine the interaction between NFTs and the global community by offering an engaging, gamified experience that combines the joy of collecting digital art with the thrill of global exploration and interaction. By doing so, it aims to attract a broad audience, from seasoned crypto enthusiasts and investors to newcomers drawn by the appeal of accessible, fun, and immersive experiences. This whitepaper outlines the technical specifications, market potential, and comprehensive roadmap intended to guide the Pupulation project as it sets new standards for what blockchain technology can achieve.
